it is pieces of chicken brest with cesar salad mixed together and put in to a wrap... the recipe i am looking for is low in fat and made from scratch. ( you make your own dressing and everything) and just use store bought wrapsRecipes for chicken cesar wraps?
Caesar Chicken Wrap
4 (6-inch) tortillas
12 ounces grilled chicken breast, cubed (about 2 large breasts)
2 cups cooked black beans
4 cups shredded lettuce (mixture of romaine and green leaf)
4 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
4 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
4 tablespoons roasted red peppers
Caesar Dressing, recipe follows
Warm tortillas over a gas flame, in a low temperature oven, or in the microwave. In the middle of each tortilla, place 3 ounces grilled chicken, 1/2 cup black beans, 1 cup lettuce, 1 tablespoon each pumpkin seeds, feta, and red peppers. Top with Caesar dressing and roll up. Serve immediately.
Caesar Dressing:
1/3 cup non-fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

Here are a few Chicken Caesar wrap recipes that I found for you. However, not all of them are made with homemade dressing. I found a dressing recipe and posted it as well. Also, I am sure you could substitute the store bought dressing in some of the recipe's for the one at the bottom of this posting or the one in the first recipe I've listed. I hope this helps. :)
Chicken Caesar Wraps
Marinade:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Dressing:
8 ounces sour cream
2 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic, crushed
flour tortillas
romaine lettuce, chopped
In a large self-closing plastic bag combine first 4 ingredients.
Add chicken to bag and seal tightly.
Turn bag gently to distribute marinade. Refrigerate 15 min.
Preheat grill to med.
heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and arrange on the rack.
Grill 10-14 min, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken and cut into strips.
In a small bowl combine dressing ingredients.
Place Romaine and sliced chicken in warmed tortilla.
Top with dressing.
Fold tortilla
Warm Chicken Caesar Wraps
8 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
1 cup water
1 cup instant rice
3/4 cup caesar salad dressing
8 10-inch flour tortillas, warmed
2 cups shredded lettuce
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup small seasoned croutons (optional)
In a large nonstick skillet cook chicken tenderloins until lightly browned.
Leave chicken in skillet and add water, bring to a boil.
Stir in rice.
Cover and remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Stir in salad dressing.
Fill each tortilla with chicken and rice mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, and croutons.
Fold in sides of tortilla and roll up.
Easy Chicken Caesar Wraps
6 cups romaine lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup creamy caesar salad dressing
1 (13 ounce) can white chicken meat
3/4 cup caesar-flavor croutons or parmesan croutons
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (fresh is best)
6 (10 inch) flour tortillas
Toss the lettuce with the Caesar dressing.
Add the chicken, croutons, and parmesan cheese and toss to combine.
Spoon the mixture evenly onto each tortilla near one edge.
Roll up the tortillas beginning with the edge nearest the mixture.
Seal the end with a small amount of Caesar dressing.
Cut the tortillas in half diagonally to serve.
Ceasar Dressing
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar
1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon thyme leaves
4 cloves roasted garlic
Blend all ingredients.
Refrigerate 2 hours, if possible, before serving.
Shake before serving.
