Does anyone have a good chicken recipe that uses minimal ingrediants?

I have some boneless skinless chicken breasts, a few basic spices (nothing really beyond salt, pepper, cumin, steak seasoning, and a few others,) Bagged salad, rice, chicken stock, pretty much stuff in every ones kitchen. I have a bunch of other stuff but I don't want to keep going. Any ideas for something yummy?Does anyone have a good chicken recipe that uses minimal ingrediants?
Parmesan Chicken - So easy and super moist and good!Does anyone have a good chicken recipe that uses minimal ingrediants?
You can bake the chicken in the oven (with a little seasoning like oil, cumin, salt and pepper) at 375 for 45 min or so, and then eat it on some flavored rice. You can flavor the rice with chicken stock or seasonings. You could also boil and shred the chicken and mix it with noodles and tomato sauce and add in some oregano, salt and pepper, top it with cheese and bake it. You could make a hearty salad with grilled chicken and veggies and hard boiled egg and cheese and even make you're own garlic bread. Just butter the bread and sprinkle a little garlic salt and put it in the broiler for a minute. Or, boil the chicken, top in on cooked rice, and add veggies and cheese and bake it til the cheese is melted, like 30 min. at 350. You could mix in with cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup too for a great flavor.
GRILLED CUMIN CHICKEN

2 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler fryers, quartered

Juice of 3 lemons

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

2 tbsp. ground cumin

1 tbsp. salt

1 tbsp. coarsely ground pepper

2 1/2 tsp. celery salt

1/4 tsp. red pepper

Place chicken in large shallow dish; pour lemon juice over chicken. Cover and chill 2-3 hours, turning once. Remove chicken from lemon juice; rub with oil.

Combine remaining ingredients; stir well. Sprinkle seasonings over chicken. Place chicken skin side up on grill; cook over medium-hot coals 30-35 minutes or until done, turning once. Yield: 8 servings.
This recipe is really easy but its not kosher fyi:

you need chicken breast, butter, salt, rosemary

(if you don't have it you might find it in your garden or your neighbors might have some)

Pound the chicken, coat it with a little bit of butter. Heat a pan and let the chicken broil until it turns golden brown. Add some more butter. Turn the heat down and sprinkle on some rosemary leaves and salt. Serve it with a stick of rosemary for decoration.
Put the chicken in with some balsamic vinegar, a bit of pepper, chicken stock, thyme and rosemary. Then cook the rice for a bed to lay the chicken on after cooking it, after its done marinating for 2-3 hours. This should be a nice little meal. Cook the chicken in the marinate if you please, and take the remains to drizzle on your rice.
Here are a few E-Z recipes you might want to try. Good Luck %26amp; enjoy.

COLA CHICKEN

(And more variations of recipe鈥y preference鈥ings or ribs)

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

1 cup catsup

1 12oz. can cola (pepsi, coke, etc.)

Put chicken in a non-stick pan.

Mix together catsup and cola, pour over chicken.

Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and cook 45 minutes.

(turning chicken a few times, while cooking...to prevent from sticking to pan)

Uncover, turn up the heat and continue to cook until the sauce

becomes thick and adheres to the chicken.

It turns into the most incredible BBQ sauce. Yummmm!

You can double the recipe and use more pieces of

chicken....wings...would be ideal...add some hot sauce....presto ';Hot Wings';!

I have used Ribs, just as good.

I tried this recipe with 'meatballs'....was equally

as good...served over rice.

I found another variation.....omit the catsup and add a small jar of Salsa (any variety).

I have tried using Salsa (omitting the catsup....not).

You'd think a recipe with only '3' ingredients couldn't be messed up....wouldn't you??

Well...while I was preparing to fix the 'Cola Chicken' recipe

using Salsa.....I was also trying to carry on a conversation with my

husband...(just proves...I can't do two things at once)....mixed Salsa %26amp; Catsup (before I realized I was supposed to leave out the catsup) %26amp; Cola........still turned out really tasty (to me)...might be a little sweeter than some of you like.

I fixed chicken wings, (using the above recipe)

but...I added the spices from a MILD (I don't care for ';HOT';) Buffalo Wings packet...(the kind you get to bake in the oven).....I thought it was really good.....(but you/I can't find a 'bad' way to fix chicken).

Finally....!! I fixed the 'SALSA' chicken......that's good , too.

Another (bright)idea.....I thought of trying......replace the

catsup with a bottle of Shrimp Cocktail Sauce...and add a bag of (pop corn) shrimp.....!

Fixed the shrimp with cocktail sauce......eh...wasn't all that

great...was OK...probably won't be fixing it again.

Also tried beef stew cuts......that was pretty good.....I can see

myself making this again.

Served both over rice.....think the stew cuts would have been just as

good over noodles.

Try little cocktail wieners/sausages鈥or appetizers.

Pork chops鈥orksteaks.
