What is a good breaded chicken recipe?

We like bbq or anything like that. Or..what is a good steak/bacon recipe.What is a good breaded chicken recipe?
1 whole chicken, cut into 8 peices (or all breast meat if you perfer)





Put chicken in a bowl, sprikle w/about 3 Tbls soy sauce and some all seasoning (I didn't measure, sorry, I just shook and sprinkled) Let sit 1/2 hr.





1/2 tsp each onion salt, garlic salt and all seasoning---add to a big handful of crushed soda crackers, stir.





Dip chicken in 1 egg white mixed w/about a 1/4 c milk. Coat chicken w/cracker mixture.





Bake at 425掳F for 30 to 40 minutes.





Next time I will add about a 1/4 c of parmesean cheese to the cracker mixtureWhat is a good breaded chicken recipe?
Chicken Cordon Bleu





4 chicken breasts


4 slices ham


4 rectangles of swiss cheese


Stove top in a canister -- one cup crushed


butter


Cream of chicken soup


lemon juice


sour cream





Pound the chicken breasts until they are uniform thickness, then roll up a piece of ham and the swiss cheese. (I started with an 8 oz block of Swiss, then cut 2 pieces 3/8'; then cut those in half, so it's 3/8'; x 1/2'; ). Roll up the chicken. Hold it together with a skewer or toothpick. Rinse it off, then roll it in melted butter, then in the crushed Stove Top. Do that with all of the chicken. Cook for 30 minutes, or until juices run clear when you poke it with a fork. 350 degrees.





To make sauce, use 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken and warm on stovetop. Add a tsp of lemon juice and about 1/2 cup sour cream. Mix well, serve over chicken.


Rice or noodles make a good side dish.
