I am a 'foodie' and I love to cook, but I have never heard of chicken chop before, however a simple chicken gravy is below.

Heat 2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil in a skillet,

add 2 tablespoons of flour, whisk for 1-2 minutes.

Add a couple of cups of chicken stock, plus any drippings from the pan of cooked chicken.

Season with salt, pepper %26amp; a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.

Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.

Whisk for another minute %26amp; you're done.

Add a touch of cream and some chopped parsley to make it extra special.
Ingredients

1 fryer chicken, cut up (or eight pieces of your favorite cut- I like thighs)

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup

10 3/4 ounces milk (use the empty soup can to measure)

1/2 cup sour cream

3 eggs, beaten

2 cups flour
