1 cup Frank's hot sauce mixed with 1/2 stick of melted butter.

Best ever.

You're talking buffalo wings, right?
My soldier-son goes nuts over this:

Bake the wings in a 425 oven, then toss them in 1 cup Frank's hot sauce mixed with 1/2 stick of melted butter.

Myself, I preper baking them in a half water/half soy sauce mixture, same temp. These are a very different but delicious alternative for people who don't like spicy food.
1/3 lime juice

1/3 sambal olek
