Sauce Recipe for Chicken, Shrimp and Rice?

Alright, I am looking for a sauce to put over some grilled chicken, shrimp and rice pillaf?

Also, maybe a seasoning for the grilled chicken and shrimp to put on as they cook?

I am looking for something somewhat healthy, doesn't have to be 100% healthy or anything, just a preference.

I had a similar meal like this (without the shrimp) at Bennigan's and I've always wanted to make it at home because it's healthy and AWESOME!Sauce Recipe for Chicken, Shrimp and Rice?
CHICKEN BREAST WITH COCONUT SAUCE

2 tablespoons peanut or olive oil

2 tablespoons garlic, minced

3/4 cup Vidalia onions, diced

8 chicken breasts, boned, skinned, pounded to 1/2'; thickness

In a heavy bottomed skillet, saut茅 onions and garlic. Add chicken breasts and brown lightly. Do not allow garlic to brown (you might want to add it towards the end of the saut茅).

Sauce:

3/4 cup white vinegar

2 1/2 cups water

1 chicken bouillon cube

2 cloves garlic

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon ground bay leaf

1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium)

1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

In a blender, combine sauce ingredients. Add to skillet. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until chicken is tender.

To Serve:

1/2 cup canned coconut milk

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Pour coconut over chicken and allow to simmer an additional 20 minutes. Place on serving dish and ladle over with sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley.

Add some cooked shrimp (sauteed with garlic oil) and add it with chicken for fast and easy dinner!

INGREDIENTS

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite size pieces

2 cups milk

2 cups uncooked white rice

2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl combine the milk, rice, soup and seasoned salt if desired. Mix well. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Add the chicken pieces.

Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 90 minutes or until rice is done, stirring every 30 minutes. Uncover the dish and bake for another 15 minutes to allow the rice to brown
i think soy sauce is a very good sauce for those excellent meals. u can get soy sauce at any local chinese place
I would make a flavourful sweet chilli sauce, using honey, soy, finely minced fresh ginger, garlic and raw red onion, (a puree of those) and of course plenty of finely chopped chilli. Mix that together, drizzle over your dish, and top with toasted sesame seeds.
