Need a quick recipe for boneless skinless chicken breasts.?

I need a really quick but tasty recipe for boneless skinless chicken breasts that uses ingredients commonly found in the pantry. I'm going to have very little time to cook tonight and no time to go shopping so if you have any ideas please share them!Need a quick recipe for boneless skinless chicken breasts.?
dump some italian dressing on the chicken and let it marinade in the refrigerator for an hour. Then simply grill the chicken. It will be moist and delicious!Need a quick recipe for boneless skinless chicken breasts.?
This is my favorite ';Italian'; dish





Ingredients:


If you are cooking for 2 people:


1 whole chicken breast


1/2 jar spaghetti sauce


6 oz. ricotta cheese (I prefer whole milk)


1/2 8oz. shredded mozzarella


Cookie Sheet or aluminum pan


1/2 can of spinach





Prep:


I cut chicken cutlet into pieces about the length of the short end of the lasagna strips and maybe an inch and a half thick.





Whip ricotta and one egg until well blended.





Drain spinach and lightly mix with ricotta (just give it a few stirs).





Of course boil the lasagna until the noodles get the way you like them.





If you buy a block of mozzarella grate with a cheese grater (I always prefer the already shredded cheese).








Cooking instructions:





Pour about a tablespoon of corn oil into an already heating pan. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and parsley (I'm Puerto Rican so I season my chicken with something called Adobo its a mixture of dried garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and other delicious herbs and spices). Place seasoned cutlet pieces on hot oiled pan leave for about 6minutes on medium low heat turn and repeat.





Start heating oven at 300 degrees Fahrenheit.





After noodles and chicken are cooked place a piece of chicken on the end of the noddle, drop a half teaspoon of ricotta and spinach mix, spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella on the chicken and roll it up.


Repeat until you have the desired amount (ALL OF THIS IS DONE INSIDE THE COOKIE SHEET OR ALUMINUM PAN)





When all of them are rolled pour a little bit of spaghetti sauce on each, sprinkle some more mozzarella on each as well and place in oven for about 7minutes ot until the mozzarella melts.





I know this seems like a lot but it's fast, cheap, easy, and finger licking Yummylicious!

Saute them in some olive oil and garlic and serve with rice or pasta and some steamed veggies





Dice them up and cook in the olive oil and garlic, when the pink is gone throw in any veggies you like and also some prepared al dente pasta, toss and heat through.





You can cut them into strip and cook with some fajita or taco seasoning and some onions and peppers and have fajitas or soft shell chicken tacos





Slice into strips, dunk into an egg wash, roll in seasoned breadcrumbs and fry up, chicken strips





Grill them, baste with BBQ sauce serve with baked taters and some steamed broccoli. You can also do this inside in a pan on the stove if you don't have a grill.

Servings: 4 servings | Prep Time: 5 min. | Cook Time: 20 min.





Ingredients:


2 cups (4 oz.) FRENCH'S庐 Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions


4 boneless skinless chicken breasts


1 egg, beaten





Directions:


1. Place French Fried Onions into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.


2. Dip chicken into egg; then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet. Sprinkle with additional crumbs, if desired.


3. Bake at 400掳F for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center.





Look for FRENCH'S庐 French Fried Onions in the canned vegetable aisle!
Make chicken spaghetti. Boil chicken until done (15 min.), prepare noodles per package directions, heat up jar of sauce, cut up chicken, add all ingredients in casserole dish, top with some parm. cheese, heat in 350 oven for about 15 min.





*if you add 2 to 4 Tbsp. of sour cream to spaghetti sauce it will lighten up the flavor a bit for chicken.
here is my fave.recipe I use the following ingredients.


Bread crumbs


crushed almonds


garlic powder


cummin salt+pepper


and egg wash





Slice breasts horizontally salt and pepper,dip in egg wash and then in bread crumb mixture and fry or bake I like to fry in olive oil and butter and place in a pan.I love to saute mushrooms and deglaze with good balsamic vinegar and add them to chicken breasts cover your chicken and in the oven for 15 min.


A green salad will go well with chicken.

First brown both sides of chicken in a skillet, then place chicken in a baking dish, cover and bake chicken in a condensed soup (Campbell's cream chicken and mushrooms, creamed celery, golden cream mushroom) and serve over rice with mixed vegetables. Cooking time is less than 40 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, chile powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and/or just lemon pepper seasoning. Grill them.





If you have Italian salad dressing, marinade in the dressing 30 minutes, bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes (time will depending on thickness of chicken breast)
make them al mojo style


marinate chicken with oil, juice from one orange, 2 limes, minced garlic,salt,pepper,1/2 cup chopped cilantro, you can grill sautee or bake them, serve with rice and a salad and you are good to go.
sprinkle pepper onto the chicken (cut into not so small pieces)


coat pan with butter


put chicken in pan, cook until done


put in vegetablez (i prefer green beans)


let juices mix together in low heat for about 5 min


serve
You could top the grilled breasts with chimichurri sauce





Make it with olive oil, chopped garlic, onion, vinegar and parsley or cilantro add mint if you want to.
pour a liitle bit of water in pan put chicken in put tuscan italian dressing on it cover and bake 30 minutes to 40 minutes.
Dip in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs...sautee in olive oil.





Mix italian dressing and spices...marinate for 1/2 hour in the fridge and grill.
I put them in baking dish with rice and cheese for about an hour.
