I need a QUICK and EASY recipe using chicken breasts?

This is always a hit - delicious and easy





4 skinless boneless chicken breasts


1 bottle of italian dressing


2 box's chicken flavored stove top stuffing ( any generic is good too)


1-8oz package of cheddar cheese





prepare stuffing according to box- set aside. In casserole dish place the chicken breasts and cover with about 1/2 of the italian dressing. Spoon the stuffing mixture over chicken and add remaining dressing, cover with cheese. Bake uncovered for about 1 hour ( if cheese starts to brown a little more than you like cover with aluminum foil )

It takes about 10 minutes to put together, then you put it in the oven and let it cook for 45-50 minutes more. (Basically, the time it takes to get sides ready, set the table, etc.) I love it, and my kids flip for it.

spray bottom of a 9x13 pan w/ cooking spray, place chicken breasts in bottom of pan (by the way, cutting them in cubes seems to cook them faster, since you are wanting a quick recipe), season w/ salt, pepper, maybe some onion or garlic powder.





in a medium bowl mix one can of cream of mushroom soup and one can of cream of chicken (cream of celery or potato can be used as a substitute here) until well blended, pour over top of chicken. in the same bowl, prepare one box of stove top stuffing (any flavor, but beware, the cornbread style tends to get a little salty) but don't add QUITE to full amount of water, and try to only stir it up enough to moisten all of it, spread over the top of the chicken and soup, bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for approx 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through

DIRECTIONS


Melt the butter in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Season the chicken pieces with a little salt and pepper, then place them in the pan. Cook, turning as necessary, until the skin is evenly browned.


Pour the chicken broth and water into the pot, and bring to a boil. Stir in the bouillon cubes until dissolved. Simmer over low heat for 35 to 45 minutes, or until chicken is almost falling off of the bone.


Remove the chicken pieces from the pot and set aside. Stir the sour cream into the broth. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve chicken with sauce over rice or noodles.

4 slices swiss cheese


4 slices Sharp cheddar

1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's庐 Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular or 25% Less Sodium)


2 tbsp. honey


1 tsp. dry mustard


1/2 tsp. onion powder


4 bone-in chicken breast halves, skinned











Directions:











MIX soup, honey, mustard and onion.





GRILL or broil chicken 30 min. or until done, turning and brushing often with soup mixture.





HEAT remaining soup mixture to a boil. Serve with chicken.

Ingredients





* 2 large bone- in chicken breasts


* 1/2 stick sweet cream butter


* 4 slices panccetta


* spice mix of thyme, cummin, cilantro, parsley,basil


* roasted garlic

1. Heat oven 350 degrees


2. prepare oven-proof pyrex 9x13 pan by placing release foil on bottom


3. prepare breasts in this manner:


4. wash 3 times


5. pat dry


6. place on cutting board


7. with a sharp knife cut lengthwise 1/2 inch slits but not deep to bone


8. melt butter in micro


9. remove and add all spices and mix


10. place breasts in cooking pot


11. pour butter mixture carefully to get in all slots


12. Add Shirleyoma's roasted garlic to slots


13. place pancetta on top (2 pcs on each)


14. Roast 30 min.


15. Broil 2 minutes at end


16. Let rest a few minutes


17. Serve ; pouring juices from pan over breasts.
If you need it quick and easy then pre-boil them in salted water. After they are just barely fully cooked take them out. Put your favorite BBQ sauce on them and either put them on the grill to incorporate the BBQ and get it slightly brown on your outdoor grill or use your broiler.... DONE! and it's easy and delicious.
1 - get some lemon zest, one of those cubes things that taste of chicken and lemon juice. mix it together till it is all liquid


2 - put the chicken breasts on skewers and pour the liquid all over them


3 - pop them into the oven at 180 and waut for them to turn goldeny

Sounds weird but it's great, and not at all fattening. Cook chicken on top of stove with a cup of ketchup and a can of diet coke. Makes a great BBQ-type sauce. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes so you can use the sauce. Don't judge until you try it. It's wonderful!
Cut them into stripes, cover them in flour, pour some oilve oil in a pan (just enough to cover the pan) and cook the chicken breasts until they get golden. Salt them and if you like you can put some lemon juice on them before eating them (but only a little)! Enjoy!
If they are breaded (if not, do it ^^) You cook them on a baking/cookie sheet, and then take them out and lay a slice of Provolone over each one and top it with Marinara sauce and heat it up so the cheese can melt.








My mom makes this often and it's delicious, and all of us kids like it.
Pound out the Chicken Breast and roll up a peice of Ham and Swiss Cheese in the breats and use toothpick to hold chicken breast closed. Grill in Olive Oil till both sides are Brown. Put into a baking dish. Stir up 1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 Cup of fresh Mushrooms, some Terrigon, some white cooking wine(1/4 cup) and 8 oz Sour Cream. Pour over the chicken and cook approx 40 minutes......UUUMMMM GOOD!
cook them in a big skillet when there almost done add 3 cans mushroom soup, fill 1 can water and 1 can milk (extra if needed) then chop up some broccoli and mushrooms add them let simmer and cook until sauce is thick, eat over some rice! Delicious !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Chicken Wraps! Thats what my family is having for dinner and they are perfect for a hot summer day like today. Also very healthy and nutricous!
get a CAN or TWO of Cream of MUSHROOM SOUP and mix it with WHITE RICE and DICE the BOILED or BAKED breasts into this MIXTURE and serve like a casserole
1) Put them in a freezer bag


2) Put in a half bottle of Italian Dressing


3) Let sit 4 hours to over night


4) Grill 'em up





5) I'll be over at 7.
