Well here's a sauce you can make using the ingredients you've described:

1/3 cup cornstarch

2 cups orange juice

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup rice vinegar

1/4 cup honey

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1-2 tsp. red pepper flakes

Put cornstarch in a pot, and gradually whisk the orange juice in, along with remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.

You could just bake your legs in a roasting pan, drain off the juices and fat towards the end of baking, then pour your orange sauce over the chicken, and bake a few minutes more.Looking for easy orange chicken recipe.?
Ingredients

1/2 cup honey

4 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)

2 teaspoons grated orange zest

3-4 garlic clove, minced

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, adjust to taste

4 boneless skinless chicken breast

1/4 cup flour

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

2-3 green onion stems, chopped

3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

1)In small bowl, combine honey with juice concentrate, orange zest, garlic, and the red pepper flakes. Set aside.

2)Pound chicken to approximately 1/4 '; thickness. Cut into bite size pieces.

3)In a plastic bag mix together the flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss chicken pieces to lightly coat with flour mixture.

4)In a large non-stick skillet, heat butter and oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stirfry until just cooked through.

5)Pour honey mixture over chicken and cook, stirring to coat all chicken pieces with spicy honey-orange glaze. Sprinkle with parsley and green onion.

6)Tip: As stated above, you can leave the chicken breasts whole. Pour the glaze over chicken that has been cooked through, turning chicken to coat as sauce begins to thicken, about 2 minutes. Serve chicken breasts with honey-orange glaze spooned over the top. Garnish with parsley and green onions.
Here's something super simple. Cook your chicken either in a pan with a wee bit of butter or on a George Forman style grill. When it is almost done, spoon a bit of prepared marmalade over the chicken and let it finish cooking.

Delicious.

Roast the chicken. 5 minutes before it's done, melt some orange marmelade in a small sauce pan and spread on the chicken. Roast the rest of the time.
