Recipe for moist lemon chicken. I need it to last like 3 days in the fridge and still stay fresh... any ideas?

I cook chicken in my crock pot with juice from 2 lemon, 2 tbs honey, 1 tsp lemon pepper. It will stay moist if you put them in individual sandwich bags and put some of the juice in each bag.Recipe for moist lemon chicken.
